What items can I return?

You can get a refund for all products ordered on www.sistersrepublic.com within 30 days of your purchase (from the date of the invoice). These conditions are only valid for unworn, unwashed items returned in their original packaging.

ATTENTION: if you return an item without its original packaging, you risk not being refunded. So, remember to keep it until you are sure you want to keep the item.

Can I return a pair of panties that I have tried on?

No. If you want to try on the panties you ordered to see if the size fits you, for example, you must try them on over another item of underwear.

Can I request an exchange of an item?

It is not possible to exchange items in an order but only to return them for a refund. You can then reorder the item(s) you are interested in.

How do I return an item?

To return one or more items, you just have to send them back to us by parcel post (Colissimo or recorded delivery) to the address below:

We advise you to choose a shipping method with tracking (followed letter if the shipment does not exceed 3cm thickness or colissimo shipment) because we could not be held responsible if the returned package was lost by the Post Office. 

Who pays for the return shipping costs?

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and cannot be reimbursed.

When will I be refunded?

As soon as we receive and check the returned item(s), we will proceed to reimburse the returned product(s) within a maximum of 15 working days, by crediting your bank card or your PayPal account (depending on the payment method used at the time of purchase).

Note that if you have benefited from free delivery when you ordered but that by returning an item, the total of your order does not reach the 40€ necessary to benefit from free delivery, you will then be refunded the returned item(s) minus the contribution to the delivery costs of 4.65€.
